Post: Breaking In Cars?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well i've read in some places its possible and others its not.. Just wondering if you do get more HP after putting more miles in the car(s )?
Maybe the hybrid creators can edit the miles only see if that improves HP? ( If thats possible )

Mileage editing is possible, I'll test it for you next time I am working on it.

Yes it worked this way in GT5. In GT6 I don't think it does but I could be wrong. I always give my new cars an oil change to get the extra hp from the get go. Some of these cars are over a 1000 miles and have not gained any power( actually have lost power due to mileage and needing an oil change and eventually a engine rebuild) What I haven't tried is driving the cars up to 1000 miles without doing the initial oil change, maybe this is possible but I doubt it. Hope this helps.

you need no break in in gt6 just oil change.

There is no break in period, so jut oil change like tazami said. But I did find the damage locations while checking, or rather discovered 4 words that I wasn't sure of actually represent damage. All damage is removed with a car wash.

damage is really a no go in gt6 ,one thing that seems is big time is body rigidty <----- or how ever you spell it ,it seems to elapse real quick , i think PD had hybrid's in mind when they did GT6 ,as they added nitro to boost up power ,but really did not think it through as we would want more options

There is a spot that records mileage since last rigidity fix. It is simple stored as kilometres. I have not checked if is affects the rigidity value though.

something affects rigidity as car slows down as has worse handling after certain mileage ,did not have this affect in gt5
