help? when i try to run it, it says windows cannot access the specified path, or file, you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item, and ive tried running it as a admin, plz help thx

hey guys, been modding other games for a while.. n venturing into gt6 
is it the same routine? like instal game save n go on? i just dont wanna screw up lol. also, which game save should i use. n also, do i NEED the debug eboot? i know were to put it, but just asking.. i appreciatte any info i can get. thanks guys!!
