Monsta, sorry but my best guess would be that the save originator denied the TOS or sent you a save from a banned account.

You could try using Farside's tool to change the online name but i highly doubt this could be fixed.
Or you could read this thread You must login or register to view this content. and try 's way with CCdebugger.
