Explanation on this post

YES! I do understand there's a post on starting up Minecraft with a debug eboot (update 1.02 though)
YES! I understand there's a tutorial on not getting an error on a debug eboot.

Overall reason

I want to help people out. Put It all in one post, plus keep the post updated. Cause I get people messaging me how to fix error's & how to run on debug eboot. So I make this post for all those people.

Watch you need & First Step (Will link everything needed)

  • Go to this link, you'll end up getting Minecraft fully unlocked on 1.08 + fix error 80010009: You must login or register to view this content.
  • You will need a debug eboot now for Minecraft Link: You must login or register to view this content.

Now, you should officially have a debug eboot downloaded & be on Minecraft 1.08 fully unlocked without error 80010009. You are doing It correct so far, the road of success.
Tutorial on using File manager/mmOS (You will understand this once you start the tut

X: Double click to enter/open ~ X: Click once to highlight ~ O: Press circle to see options (Like copy, paste, ect)
L3 Analog stick: Move the tabs ~ R3 Analog stick: Move the cursor ~ Exit the file manager/mmOS: R1 or L1
Time for tutorial

  1. What you first need to do, is ftp into your ps3 (using anyway you normally do) I will be using filezilla & multiman
  2. Go to HDD0/GAMES and create a directory name it "NPUB31419-[Minecraft]"
  3. Go into that folder (HDD0/GAMES/NPUB31419-[Minecraft]/ and create a new directory called "PS3_GAME"
  4. Now go onto multiman and go to the multiMAN tab & click File Manager/mmOS
  5. Move the cursor and click on PS3 root go to HDD0/GAMES/NPUB31419-[Minecraft]/PS3_GAME
  6. Move the tab over to the right then go click PS3 root again opening a new tab
  7. Go to HDD0/game/NPUB31419 now highlight all the files and copy
  8. Move the cursor back to the other tab and paste all those files in the PS3_GAME folder
  9. You can now exit file manager/mmOS, go to your game tab on multiman and click refresh, you should now see Minecraft as a game
  10. Go back to your computer, ftp into HDDO/GAMES/NPUB31419-[Minecraft]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR
  11. The debug eboot I had you download, put It in that folder and overwrite the old eboot file for the new one.
  12. Go onto multiman and load Minecraft now, don't load the game from the disc icon. Load It from app_home/ps3_game folder under the game column in the xmb menu. (Usually above install package files)
