Even if a save has all the skins and DLC's unlocked, you would still need a way to get all of the DLC's on your PS3.

I have all the season pass DLC. And will probably get the headhunters and such. If I don't, I can still use the other skins with the save right? It's not like it wouldn't work? My main concern is getting a save that has it all but doesn't have the really OP stat boost. I mean, before I stopped playing, I had a save with 297% boosts, and I can barely fire some of my guns because the recoil shoots them sky high, and the high fire rate causes the things to waste a bunch of ammo in the air.

So no one knows of a save with the skins and less than 546%?
