Make one, takes less time than downloading one. If you don't know how to make one you probably don't really need one.

But if you really can't for some unknown reason I can upload one for you in a 1/2 hour or so.

Install rogero 4.55 v.1.00 and install ccapi and spoofer 4.60 = no problems

you can put ccapi on all dex cfw, doesn't have to be rogero. I am on 4.46 rex dex rebug spoofed to 4.60 and also use ccapi on some games when i don't feel like making the debug eboot.
