We;re going to try and find more offsets later when he gets back. We were looking into Skate 3 and see what we could find but it's a tough game. Not much to mod other than text strings and money(possibly).

This is awesome! I use this tool on my normal FO3, bles xxx33 uk with a cheat terminal update mod and I have unlimited ammo, no weapon condition loss, no radiation increases, infinite o2and with functions of my cheat terminal, this is so killer! Here, have my "like"! Hope to see this for new vegas too!
