Introduction
Users have been asking me for some time now for tips and tricks along with tons of questions.
Decided to mix a couple subjects together to create this giant thread.
I’m going to cover a couple of things people don’t talk about but good players do and some of my decision process.
Metagame
In simple terms, it is the use of out-of-game information or resources to affect one's in-game decisions.
Can be used for optimizing your gameplay by the use of strategy, action or method.
Impact
Metagame has an impact on your decision making
Example
What load out to use
Who you’re playing against how good are they
Flow of the battle
When it comes to metagame you see me switch kits a ton, and I have a list of them in my head to use and when.
If the other team has a tank that doing damage switch to an engineer, need more medics switch and switch.
When I’m playing against a good player I normally use good guns against bad players rubbish guns due to knowing I can get away with it.
Flow of the battle is something most players do without thinking but it metagame what flag to take how to do it.
As a result I size up the other team, my team along with the good players on their team. Also take note of pretty much every weapon being used.
Takes me about one or two minutes to size up the other team, work out who is good and who not so good.
Be flexible in what your loadout out is and change when you need to do so.
General rule of thumb for me I change my class about 4 times a game or more.
Sizing up
Two types of skill
Mental
Reaction
Different levels
Low
Median
High
Mental skill - How fast you can process information and thinking level
Reaction - Is how quickly you can respond to things
Low skilled players are still a threat and often random, high skill players are easier to predict.
Still don’t get what I mean is videos should be helpful
Why does that matter?
Well if you wondered how people got to pro competitive level status you need to be thinking about what going on.
It an element of gameplay so many miss but it important if you want to improve.
Impact on your decisions
Metagame has a major impact on my gun choices
My routes
How I deal with people
How I deal with rubbish teammates
How I deal with so many elements of the game.
A good along with obvious example is flag capture times.
If I see a flag is being taken within a couple of seconds I know that it has about 4+ guys on it.
This means I’m going to die if I face 4 people head on.
Due to reading this information you have two choices face them in a position which helps you win or don’t fire on them take the flag.
I talked about the flow of the game it even allows you to read what flags to take and when to make a push.
All that goes on in my head every death, every second I play and every good player.
Amazing no?

Weapons in this game have a Perfect Imbalance certain weapons in certain tiers are better at certain things against others tiers or weapons.
This does go to pot a bit with snipers but that a special case.
Tier 1-Tier 2 offer the most flexible weapons in the game in my view t.
Metagame weapon stats You must login or register to view this content.
Pretty much use this site to work out what guns to use and part of it also my experience with the weapons too.
Attachments to a degree depends on your playstyle certain weapons however don’t need certain setups.
Dealing with snipers?
Move
Move in random directions and get close.
Or
Ucav
Some more general things direction you’re pointing in is the direction you exit when using pretty much anything keep that in mind
Also holding enter near a spawn points means you instantly get access to it over spawn screen guys.
Many little things like that.
