You DONT need a Credit Card on your acc to Pre D/L it, I have done it and its D/Ling now..
How to do it:
After creating your European PSN account, login with it on your PlayStation 4.
Navigate to the PlayStation Store.
Search for Destiny.
Pre-order the game (EU PSN doesn’t charge until release) and it should begin downloading the Beta. ( the beta is 12gb but it will D/L 123MB and says its done, but it will be D/Ling the rest of the 12gb in the background
Wait until July 17th to play.
How to cancel the pre-order:
On your EU PSN account, navigate to the Settings tab.
Go to PSN
Click Account Information
Click Wallet
Go to Transaction History
Click next, then click on your Destiny pre-order and cancel it.

Don't see why it wouldn't work.
On your PS4, go to the store then I think down at the bottom it says "redeem code".
Something alone those lines anyways.

I am error
So I create a new account which happened to be from UK. Now, I searched the game Destiny and pre ordered it and continued to check out and confirmed pre order without me have to add any sort of credit card or so. It led me to the downloads and there were 3 Destiny downloads plus a theme. When I tried to download it, it wouldn't let me but gave me the choice to change whether if I want to turn on automatic download or not? But doesn't really give me the choice to download it. So what should I do?
