Copy USRDIR or XPack3 from BLES01832

For Folder BLUS31162 :/ if Xpack3 copy for BLES01832/USRDIR

Install FIX BLES

Open folder  BLES01832/USRDIR/XPack3/

Copy "Archive" not Folder DATA 

Copy for BLUS31162/USRDIR/XPack3/
