Did you install the rap file correctly?

If you did that right it may just need to be firmware version fixed, I use PSN PATCH 2.26 to do that on my Rebug DEX system, there is a stealth version but I don't remember where I got it. Google probably knows Any way it can fix games so they will run on 4.46 just like multMan does except with the games already installed.

I think it is one of those two things that cause the issue, been awhile since I saw the error.
