cause i only find links to the COMPLETE editon

Nope, has to be a seperate disc, or original with the DLCs bought and installed Winky Winky

PS3 or XBOX?

They should all be moddable, i know the ps3 version can and isnt the xbox version two discs (Disc 1 GTAIV/Disc 2 EFLC)
