User 00000002 = this represents the local user account, in this case the 2nd user account made on this particular PS3
np_account: 653d4183d4a0e9kl is the account ID the save belongs to.
PSI CC69H936-28A06CCC-2B14EC7A-1D1CD175 is like it says the PSID
User2 00000002 = is a repeat of the first thing.

Nowhere in there is the IDPS or the ConsoleID which is just the IDPS with 16 0's added.
