I think it unlocked everything. This was on the beta though. It also worked on the BF HL beta on the PC. Never tried in release so it may be a beta thing only. The other values there are of much better use for hardcore players, and fixing the Ignore damage stuff is useful if you make a godmode (or Jesus Mode as it is called in that same class).
