you will also need to download reActPSN to get it to work here is the link for that aswell You must login or register to view this content.

once you have downloaded both of them make sure u make a new user called aa then log on to that account and install the reActPSN pkg file once you have done this go to reActPSN and run it whilst holding triangle then it will install the files needed then once that has finished your username should change to reActPSN you need to rename the username back to aa again then create a folder on your usb called exdata and put the rap file for destiny beta that you downloaded from the link inside that folder and run reActPSN again your ps3 will reset and the user name should change to reActPSN again

once everything is installed and you have run the rap file through react psn make sure you go to debug settings and change the boot mode to release mode and network settings to dual setting

this is not tested for cex
