and one more question why arent the ccapi dll and tmapi arent there? or is it just me maybe cause its windows saying its a virus... so the tool wont launch

Its a false positive because of obfuscation. I posted the virus total link and there are 2 download links. One is a rar file that has the dlls in it.

Maybe. Some server sides games can be modded, at least some aspects. Gtav online money is server sided but it can be modded, it just takes the discovery of a vulnerability and understanding how the game communicates with the server.
