i didnt install mods.
but if i start it the loadscreen gets darker like if u are afk longe. and also it loads unlimited.
someone know what the problem could be?

Go to debug settings and turn Pad Auto Detect On is basically puts you on CEX again but your still on DEX just your tools wont work with it on if you try to connect to the tool with DEX but you can connect with CEX still.

GTA IV doesn't run internally, copy it to an external hard drive. That's what causing it to load endlessly.

make sure its on extenal hdd it works fine no disk needed lol but tbogt and tlad you need a disk in idk why but it works with out on cex but on dex you need to boot the game by the disk fot it to work im not sure why tho
