Give Me Everything = Max Skills + 1 Hit Kill + Invincible + Immune + Max Gold + Max Glory + Much things i haven't noticed yes.

Keyboard Shortcuts:
C: Connect.
A: Attach.
G: Give Me Eveything.
R: Reset Everything.
CTRL+D: Change API to TMAPI.
CTRL+C: Change API to CCAPI.
CTRL+M: About The Mod.
CTRL+R: Credits.
