I was looking through my debug settings and noticed that i can load the game with System software mode. Maybe its my debug settings,

My Settings:
Release Check Mode: Development Mode
Boot Mode: System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug: Dual Settings

If you still cant load the game after this i will edit the thread with all my debug settings. I am also on 4.50 ita spoofed to 4.60.

If your getting black screen connect to TM before loading game and you will prob see this Error in Console Output.

Reason it does it is because you PS3 has corrupt file more then likly well if you go into recovery mode and rebuild the data base or do a full restore of the console it should work if not then who care game shoudln't be modded anyways for you wanting to use Target Manager so bad :p

I had this problem with The Last Of Us and i did what i just said and the game worked again but after idk how long it started doing the black screen again but idk

i only wanna mod it for story :p nothing else, its fun(for me anyways) to go through the story mode without having to die or get stuck on a level for hours / days, and thanks for the tip

You cannot debug the game in Dual Settings Mode cause the debugger will not find your ps3 and keep giving you this message You must login or register to view this content., so it'll be useless to try.

just tested psn EU too. game works on dual but no attach.
we need a way to find the process on dual =\
