first off if your gonna use unlimited ammo and just started shooting the shit out of everyone. do you really expect that your safe?
I bet you all those people that he played with, just on that session reported him. i would be surprise if the PS3 didn't get banned.

learn to use the mods properly and i think you'll be fine.
