Im level 27, I completed all the missions, some of my friends have gotten to the exotic bounty; someone help me figure out how to activate them? I tried to search on the web, but my English is not good.
I hope someone can give me clarification, thank you.

Edit: I'm not saying you are wrong. For all we know, the RNG could determine whether or not you get an Exotic bounty upon trading in your 50th regular bounty.

Have you only done one type of bounty? I've done at least one of each.
