I could make one yes but still private lobby/ report or not u will get banned. Once u select the hacked car and go on the track while signed in u will get banned.

u wont get banned, my friends i made hybrids for have had them months and aint been banned, only person that keeps getting banned is me lol

I'm pretty sure PD bans you right away when u go on the track with a hacked car while signed in ofcourse. At least that is what has been happening to me with my last 5 accs

There are checks when entering the lobby. After that it's mostly based on luck. Some of my accounts survives 6 hours, some others survives 3 monthes...
