Just read the community page and find out if you will be as it says if they find you using modified game data in the online services

resets when you get to a track, saves the reset if you click on the car settings tab on the track, cars sound still modded though and that might be fooling some into thinking the car is still modded

They have been doing this for months, I think that statement is to make other users happy and nothing else.

Strange as I am watching for changes with the debugger and not seeing this, only when I leave the post race menu do I see it reset. But I am only watching the supercharger, the power quicktune gets reset as soon as you go into car settings. It must be resetting different parts in different areas.

So what is getting reset when you go into a track? I want to set it here and see where it shows up with the debugger.

Starting to drive is the reset point, but going into car settings saves it.

Enter Track location car is not reset, hit the "Start" and drive resets the car, going into the car settings tab after driving saves the reset car when you exit the location.

It might be when you enter the location it loads the parts supposed to be on the car, driving applies them to the car and going into car settings tab saves them.





I wish there was a way to modify the installed game data to remove this crap or at least have GT6HE block it



It even resets my bake mod and puts the wing back on cars I removed the wing from, the little things even.

Strange. I can not reproduce this on my PS3. When I use arcade mode nothing gets reset, the function that resets stuff (yes I found it) does not even get called except when I go to car settings while in arcade mode. Replays still show cars with big camber.

It could be a region thing. I'm getting some sleep and then I will start a thread for posting details with the correct reporting format so I get all the info I need.

Try using the trader code for the STI, maybe extreme settings are not reset if the parts are authentic
