Ehhhhh too an extent it's worth buying ONLY because it's pretty boring leveling up but since you never played Destiny so Im assuming you'll probably like it. You'll HATE the story because its not backed up by good reasoning as in it doesn't explain to you what's going on EXACTLY. But once you get to levels 28 and above and you got other friends to play with you'll start liking it

You'll get about 3 weeks worth of casual gaming out of it and then be bored of it, so if that sounds worth it then go ahead ^^

It's down to your tolerance and what you want out of a game. You want a good storyline? It won't deliver - its Lore is incredibly in-depth but none of it is in game, you have to use bungie.net and read Grimiore Cards which is pointless.

Completing the story line takes roughly 10hrs (excluding the time it takes to level up to meet some of the story level requirements). After that it's literally JUST grinding to get the perfect loot in order to access the Weekly heroic strikes and the Raid.

I only played it for a large amount of time because of the Raid, I only ever played on Tuesdays to get the raid and weekly heroics out of the way, and then again on Friday for like 30mins to buy an exotic from Xur. Now I don't play it at all.
