I have DEX CFW and BF4 with premium installed but the premium doesnt show up on battlelog since i havent bought it. I was considering buying just premium because that new bow looks cool. The cheapest premium for PS3 is £39.99 on PS Store and i cant find anything cheaper.

My question is, is it worth the £40? Are there any cheaper ways to buy it?
