(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey folks,

I've seen a similar thread on another BIG GT forum (like, a planet). But I thought, WE can do BETTER.
At a glimpse, I was pulling these informations about the 1.14 patch (as a DIFF from 1.12):

    r30_skyline_ht2000_turbo_rs_83:
- PP from 398.0 to 393.0
- Power from 199.0505 to 190.3379
- PowerRPM from 7200 to 6400

life_step_van_72:
- PP from 246.0 to 245.0
- Power from 30.78749 to 30.27087
- PowerRPM from 9000 to 8000

If there's any further interest in that, I'd might continue/edit that..
There's a lot of other differences still left undisclosed. I'd just like to learn about your likes of it..

Regards, q-k

*EDIT*: PD are handling their stuff in metrics, like power for a car is in DIN/PS..

Damn, that's cool that you caught a minuscule change like that! Where in the code is this?

The changes are not in the code. They are taken from a DIFF (like compare) of the specdb from 1.12 to 1.14.
The specdb is the database, that is being pulled to determine all limits of a car. Like, how low/high can you set your ridehight? It's determined from that database.

FarSideX's tool is most probably (I must admit I've never checked it) bypassing all of that and directly setting all the values.
But when the game manages to reset your car (which was introduced in 1.14? - I've not been playing GT6 for quite some time) - the values to reset the car are being pulled from the specdb - again.

There are a lot of values for cars, that are still undisclosed in public.

I'll see if I can get some program to work out the changes. The ones I've posted in the original post, were pulled manually..

*EDIT*
Find some data about 1.12 to 1.14 being patched in the link.. 1.13 didn't bring a new specdb..

I have no doubt q-k & Kats like FSX can find things no Whistle blowers on any Planet can find, superb to see NGU getting its own thread dedicated to uncovering the hidden changes from update to update Happy

Mazda VGT? I already know the "currents" specs like PP/PS/Power RPM/weight/whatnot.. =D
I'll not disclose them here until the car is released.
Btw, how come the Chaparral is dated to 2025 (when the "ticket" name says 14), did I miss something? Back to the future?

Wow I am surprised, I wasn't expecting Mazda at all but at the same time the Infinity came out of the Blue then teased to released pretty darn quick. I built a Mazda back in 03. Had a lot of fun with that car, sharp for an econo box 4 banger Protege 2.0L I did fix it up though

Im thinking a MS3 or MS6 style, Im hoping on the MS6, what a sleeper.
