Well basically, you know how the texture is just a ong file? If you want to edit your own, click download, then save the image, make a backup then edit the first version, then upload the image (make sure name is still same) run minecraft and all the textures will change, it's just an alternative to manually replacing the Png files

Thanks for the explanation, this is a pretty cool little tool. Now, If I could just get minecraft working on 1.10, I could use this xD
