Did u get banned?

I'm curious as to whether ONLY using the damage multiplier reduces the ban risk. I mean the only difference to the gameplay is one-shot kill (as if you have a ridiculously powerful weapon), unlike other mods such as Stop bullets. Any ideas?

i've defeated atheon like 5 times with mods so far, one of the times i was with a fireteam,the others i was alone
everytime i spoof, connect and attach and enable damage multiplier and stop bullets right before atheon spawns, and immediately after i beat him i quit the game then sign out of psn then restart the game.
i tried doing on crota but when i shoot them he kneels and then all damage i do says resist, and same thing happens again and again and i wasn't able to do it,any ways to do this ?

That's an interesting technique. Do you use this tool or the one by 04jberry?

P.S. I've never done Crota, but I realised that if I join others the damage multiplier sometimes doesn't work (and on some bosses only). The Archon Priest, Sepiks Prime and the Spider Tank were all not affected by the damage multiplier. It's hit and miss from my experience; for example, in the Gorgon maze, I tried killing them and a few times it didn't work, but then after restarting ALL of my team members were able to one-shot the Gorgons.

I use this one, though 04jberry said he got the offsets from this so i believe its the same
The damage multiplier does always work, however, if you have somebody else on the fireteam, if they shoot even if only one bullet (not sure if melee counts too) even if just in air as i noticed, it would stop working.
you'd see the health bar of the boss going down then back up and the damage is just the legit damage of your weapon

I see. How long have you been doing this?

ye i just finished crota raid. same technique.
do all legit. till the last chekpoint.
turn on the mods. defeat the muthufka.
and quit tool- quit game
restart ps3. and dont connnect the tool again.

ps. tool should be called "atheon n crotas nightmare" LOL

dont be a lazy ass and use the tool for the story line or bounties.

thats just too easy and fun to do withnomods.
also.

also please all noobies dont forget to check your psn patch version monthly and also ps ninja and also cappi and everything u can.
if u dont do this properly is when you get caught,,,,,

been doing this since like 2-3 weeks, but not much
i've done it like 4 or 5 times through these few weeks, havent got banned yet but afraid i could get banned someday so if u have good friends and a good team that can legit-ly finish raids then i wont recommend using such mods as it in a huge way reduces the joy of the game and increases the risk of getting banned with no doubt.
I am not using them on hard VoG as i dont wanna miss that crazy good feeling when i get the vex ,sooner or later, LOL

along with the last word,thorn,and no land beyond exotic weapons with other great legendaries
pretty sad

well anyways Battlefield hardline beta is coming in a couple of days so i guess i'll be over there till i recover from this
