There's a glitch that freeze's crota and it's quite simple to do,all you have to do is: let crota go down and a lil bit before that the fireteam leader has to pull out his lankabel so he get's kicked out,if the timing is correct crota should stay down,i could not find a youtube vid from it but i recorded it with my ps4 so mayby i'll upload it.

EDIT: Crota's glitches are all patched!

What we do is first shoot crota's shield off and then before he goes down the leader pulls his lankabel. You must time it perfect

i have a friend that also did this, lan users works better.

How much before though? Like a second

btw, you dont have to disconnect the cable! just all ppl join in the crota checkpoint, then all suicide and leave the fireteam except the leader then the leader invite all back again, res then and.
Fight all the mobs and in the boss right before crota kneel, the leader leaves the game ( ps button,leave game) after this the crota should stay down forever! the leader can join after by invite.
