I heard the only way to fix it is that to have an CFW PS3. I did have one back then (2-3 years ago) but today i had OFW PS3 so could anyone help me with this?

I went to the STVBDKD profile and it's says "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."
what does that means?

Well i guess i had to find another guy to fix this problem for me, i just don't want to use my old PSN account anymore.

Iam having the same issue and would like someone to assist me.

It means he has not played the game to the point of getting his first car while connected to PSN. This is required so his PSN account accepts the agreement and PDI creates an account on their servers.

To fix it just play on a new save until you get to that point then replace the save with the resigned one.

Sorry if i got what you're saying wrong but i just resigned my old save so it works for my other psn but i get that error sound and a message that says: "You cannot go any further without signing in to "PSN".

Any help?
