Polyphony might stepped their game up on banning, ive heard they started banning CID as of late, now there is way around that, this doesnt work 100% but its highly recommended because i have never been banned
what i always do after i log into any game server to change my console ID ASAP using CCAPI

Chances are its got no access to PSN because of the Sony Patch, Ive got Habib 4.66 running on the Fat and its got full PSN access.
Maybe a new spoofer will come out for old CFW for now its a PITA I got to reasign to my Slim to mod, then reasign back to the Fat to go online, Looks like the 2 Save Games will go in Different directions after all, one Modded one not. What a bitch, only 3 days online where now a simple rim swap or painting cars with codes is a Bitch.

oh ok i know the feeling, im guessing you own 2 cfw, if thats the case u dont have to resign your save turn on fake save data
