You have to install CCAPI ( Control Console API ) in your PS3 and PC, then create a connection between your PC - PS3. Then for use the tool just open it and connect to the PS3.
Destiny is very protected and people get banned even without modding, so you'll be banned very soon if you use this, especially in crucible

You can also get CID ban , then you have to pay for new cid!
