Its stright forword and easy to over come

Download and install updates 1.02 to1.07 like normal
Once the game begins downloading 1.08, cancel the update process and let the game boot up.
After the game has done the internal install and you are at the main menu (GT Home), quit the game and download and install 1.08.

And repeat the exact same thing with each update, basically install one update, boot the game it will install internal data, when the game is ready lust exit and do the same thing again and again...

Just had a new system the problem faced me, just googled around i found the solution,

I just did this and had no problem doing multiple at a time updates post 1.07

I did 1.08 & 1.09 together exited second instal one time. Then I did 1.10 to 1.16 together second instal one time no problemo

This is with my OFW PS3 just regular downloading the updates, maybe this is only a CFW issue?

It's a problem on both sides for sure CFW, OW also updating 1.08 and 1.09 and than installing the rest doesnt work all the time
PD know about this problem but sadly they just didnt do anything about it.
