I'd say i'm the 1st on PS3 to have some decent save game mods.

Don't put potion values over 3. Enchantments can go to 9999.

Make a save decrypter compatible with PS3 minecraft saves and edit your players .dat with NBT Explorer for PC.

You can join the world and use the modded items but if you grief I have a backup save.
