Make at least 2 characters of the same race. Play strikes until you get good drops. Do the Crota Raid, you could do at least the first 2 parts easy solo. Ive just done it 2 hunters and 1 titan. Hunter is 32 and the titan is 30. You should be abel to get your level in like 1 week Good Luck!

Another thing that is an advantage by doing this method is you usually will get drops for the other races you don't have. When your main character is up in level you should have gear to put your fresh made directly to around 28 after doing the 20 xp levels.

Leave your Psn here I'll willingly carry you through vog and CROTA for the loot! Just get to level 25 for vog!
