This application allows for you to view, edit, open GTA IV Game Saves, Weapons, Money, Ammo, Armour,etc, this can be used for modding your save file without having to manually decrypt/encrypt your save files yourselves, and makes it so that you don't have to search and edit the offsets,etc yourselves. Do not remove any files inside the application's folder, otherwise it isn't going to work correctly. Especially the PackageIO.dll as that is required for the coding to actually read/write to the save file. This tool should work for any version of GTA IV that you have installed, but i have only tested on the 1.0.7.0 patch or whatever it was, i forgot. It should work for every dlc as long as the offsets are the same.

How to use this tool:
First, locate your gta iv save file, and put it in a folder where you can easily access it e.g the C:/ Drive or your desktop, Start up the application and click on the "Open" Button, It'll prompt you to select and open your save file through the OpenFileDialog. Edit game saves however you like, Press the save button 2-3 times just so that you know that it has edited the save file(Just a precautionary measure, as sometimes it won't save because you have gta iv playing in the background,etc. Copy back your save file into the directory it was originally stored, and you should be good to go.

FAQ:
If you are having problems running the software, please ensure that you have atleast .NET Framework 4.0 or higher,

If you can't save your gamesave, make sure you have all the files that came with the savedata.

If you are having problems with the MSVCR100.dll or however you spell it, then go to the microsoft website and download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package and download and install the .exe file
