If it says this as you're loading the game, then you have been console banned from the GT6 Servers. The only way around this is by purchasing a new console or if you have a CFW you can change your CID with homebrew.

It is not a new user name in GT6 that needs to be changed but rather a new PSN user account. You will need to play from scratch while connected to PSN with this new PSN account until you get past owning your first car (finish the tutorial) before you can use a resigned save online.

I've changed PSN user account names starting from scratch new game but still says TOS violation done many races still TOS Im lost ,can play on CFW but would rather not do that
