ive tested it on rebug 4.75 and i dont get the error and it lets me log in but when i try to get on mgo it keeps telling me i have to download the file again

Try rebug 4.76 lite, everything works for me now

are you on mgo ? can you tell me how to get on

Did you download in background? It may have not installed. Start MGS again, grab the update but do not download in background. Once download it will install. Good luck.
