Notes
1. Ammo and suppressors work for the the player as well as DWalker
2. Squad Level does not automatically set the level. Move one squad member and it will update.
3. To get the max buddy bond you'll need to perform the normal action for raising the bond. However when you do, you will receive the max amount of bond.
4. The power options work for CEX and DEX
5. There is a temperature safeguard in the tool. If your console reaches or goes above 99 Celcius, the tool will shut your console down. (CEX ONLY)
6. Invisibility sometimes breaks the game during objectives such as listening to conversations. Thus it is separate
from Max Camo.
7. Teleport Binds:
L2+L3+[] = Save Position
L2+L3+X = Load Position
L2+L3+O = Go to Quiet
L2+L3+/\ = Load position from last marker (works on both map and manual marker (R2+L1))

Most of the stuff that is in this tool I simply updated for the newer version of the game.
For example. Find the Off bytes then use HxD to search the new EBOOT for those same bytes to find the new address.
Some things can be found using netcheat but not a lot of it.

aaa ok i get it so you find the Off bytes from older game updates and u update it by looking for those same off bytes in the newer eboot and thats were u find your address but how do people find the off bytes to begin with?? using net cheat??? thanks alot again for your help i understand more now!

Sadly, I don't know how to use ProDG.
To use it at all you need to run DEX, but I can't get DEX to run on MGSV past 1.02 or 1.03.
