Complete the mission "Shadow Fall" within 4 minutes, run past everything, go up the lift, open the chest, kill Witches, done. You need to complete this mission solo.

PART 2:
The Quest Continues, the Gunsmith will give you a Quest. You must do the FALLEN SABER Strike on Level 42. (THERE IS MATCHMAKING FOR THIS STRIKE)
Once finished you will pickup the Sleeper Simulant Frame.
Head to the Gunsmith and he'll hand you the Sleeper Simulant. It drops at light 290.
