Yeah, it doesn't matter where you use it, VAC doesn't care and you still will get a ban for it.

There's a company I guess you could call it, named 'aimware'. They do stuff like this for multiple games but you need a paid subscription. All free programs will get you banned within 1 day - 1 week. I would check the reviews on aimware though, seems like a trusted program but have never used it myself.

Doesn't really matter what you use. Unless you made it yourself (even then its not guaranteed) you are going to get banned.
But that's also not what he was asking. If you are worried about getting a virus then just don't cheat or make your own. Anytime you get into that sort of stuff you are opening yourself up to viruses. It's just best to not go that route.

OP, first and foremost. Even using a free public cheat in a private match will result in a near instant VAC ban. That's the nature of the beast. Unfortunately the only real way to cheat and not get caught is as 1UP said, either make your own that is undetectable. Or look for subscription based private cheats.

you could always use polymorphic methods for esp as far as im aware they cant be patched due to the way they are signed as one polymorphic hack has different signature to the rest of the people using it so its like you're own private hack
VACS can still happen but its very very low you have higher chance of vac from overwatch if you play to obvious
