I would run an rtm tool but my PC won't turn on and my laptop isn't even capable of running an rtm tool due to it being an older model.

Or instead of asking just update the old offsets yourself :p

In case you forgot the whole reason why I wrote this was because I cannot create tools myself as my PC is stuffed and my laptop isn't capable of even running an rtm tool so what makes you think I could update the offsets myself? xD

The fact you don't need tools? you con't need rtm? etc?
You only need the eboot and HxD editor (IDA makes it easier but HxD works fine)
