I agree with him. Also use a Debug eboot if you are planing to use it on TMAPI (use TrueANcestor or Darkeboot) Youtube how to make a debug eboot.

You don't need to put the files anywhere leave the folder on your desktop with all the files in it. its a windows application not something to import in your ps3, you just connect to CCAPI or tmapi which ever you prefer
