Depends what you after. If you want to increase you level as fast as possible I suggest you use the spark of light to bump you to 25. You should have it in your inventory. Then do the Taken King story line, it gives you most xp. Then Best way to increase your level quick is farm Court of Oryx on the Dreadnought. Maybe get someone high level to help you and do the Challenge the Court quest that Eris gives you, reward is 300 light artifact and vil give you a good start. Good luck
