not with my money $20 psn i used for some kid bo2 acc but i know i can just download them but they dont be working i thought buying them would give me a %100 chance that it would work thats all but i have this stupid error

your user region need to be the same as the game region .
Ex: you have BF4 BLUS US region to download/use there DLC you need US account .

and how do i do that doesnt really help with the problem thou thanks
