There are four Wolves majors on the way to the Shrine of Oryx on The Moon patrol.

There's a pack of wolves that spawn in the Rubicon waste way to the left of where you begin the rockets mcdickface strike. They're for a quest line "wolves on mars" and I get a token from them when I did the quest. Also you can still get treasure keys from Queens bounties and leveling up that faction, so hit that POE also.
