I've searched on here and YouTube for an easy way to download via my laptop and upload mods to Minecraft on the PS3 via Filezilla and cannot find an easy solution so what am i missing lol?

I can see the files etc on the PS3 via Filezilla but is it as easy as the pc to create a "mod" folder etc and transfer them into there? I haven't a clue which folder to stick them into, this Minecraft will not be used for online gaming its just personal use for my son, but really want to get it set up for him so I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of what to do and how to as most of the videos i've seen to date are crap or just copies of someone else's work and don't work.

I've attached a copy of the screenshot via Filezilla to what it looks like on ps3 but unsure what to do next or even if there are working ps3 mods out there really.

Theres no way to get mods like on PC onto ps3. It just isnt made for ps3.

So basically it can't be done then as ive seen some mods for the ps3 version but they appear to be more like editing tools or map tools really, is that correct matey?

Yes that's correct, not possible for console versions. Make sure you quote us back in the future.
