The only place I know to get it at the moment is the YABT. It has invisibility and class mods such as the rawr. It's $20. If you don't have $20 you can just do some recoveries on GTA or COD to get some quick money.
When I do recoveries I usually charge people about $10. So if I did it I would only have to mod 2 accounts. It only takes about 10 mins for that

do you know if there is one for ccapi

There isn't one yet, but Trojan and swaqq said they are going to add ccapi support soon. Why not just convert to dex and use target manager? It's very well worth it and doesn't take long. You can find a thread to convert to dex in like 5 mins.

The longest part is downloading the files you need. But it's not long at all. All together maybe like 20-30 mins (I switched to a newer firmware after converting. That's why it took me so long)
