because my method worked also but it was more difficult.

First Download and install -snip- *then open it and Click on Tools-->Console-->Archives

Now enter The Path where ur MediaPS3.arc is located And an Output location

Now just Go to ur Output location and edit the textures u want they just have to be in the same size
If u want custom Splashes u need to download*You must login or register to view this content. and set the Coding to UTF-8 without BOM
then edit it and save it

Now just Click Pack and its Done. Just copy your MediaPs3.arc back to ur PS3 and Enjoy ur new Textures

The question is how do you make an .arc? and how do you edit the textures and add in splashes?

Just copy the existing .arc from ur console and then u can edit it all of it when u done editing just click on pack and its reimport all edited files

That's not a good way of explaining it. Like how do you edit it? What do you edit it with? etc.

hey pony mods I was wondering if you could fix something quick so I replaced the file everything works but since the update 1.32 came out when I go to change skin and I freezes my ps3 I thought it was a glitch but i tried it twice and it froze and I was wondering if you could look into it that would be great and it's not my ps3 I replaced the original one back and it works perfectly no freeze only the custom icon one does
