No black weapons after 2014 unless you are on PC, and then the only people who have black weapons have a account from France with the game digitally downloaded. There are no PS4 saves as there is not even a public tool for decrypting PS4 saves.

No they work but you have to use the bank method I got a black relic on ps4

I got some weapons but as soon as u leave and start a new lobby, the sanity check will delete them ...

Correct on the ps4 saves but i dont know anything about the fr version.

I just use them on ps4 disc version...

I know amp10x has them and a few other people, when I ask I get the same response from all of them.
